All rentals come with a minimum commitment of 5 hours. While we don’t offer hourly rentals, you have the flexibility to purchase extra hours beyond what’s included in your package, either in advance or on the day of your event for an additional fee.

We don't offer in-house catering, but we’re happy to provide a list of preferred caterers for you to choose from. You also have the option to bring in an outside caterer or prepare your own food.
Our kitchen is available for prep only and is equipped for limited use, such as water, warming box, refrigeration, and ice when available, as well as for plating your dishes.
Please make sure to leave the building and kitchen clean after your event. If the kitchen isn’t cleaned according to the agreement, additional charges may apply. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, we do permit alcohol at your event! The fee to allow alcohol is $400 for up to 6 hours of service. Please note that this fee does not include the cost of the bartender (which is required) or the alcohol itself.
Alcohol service is only permitted between the hours of 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., and may not exceed 6 hours of service. Last call will be one hour prior to the end of the rental.

The fire department's standard allows a flow of over 600 for events at our venue. Our largest space, the Garden Level Meeting Room, comfortably accommodates 112 guests at seated rounds or long tables. If you’re looking to fit in a few more, we can snugly host up to 140. If you're planning to utilize all three of our areas with seated tables, our maximum capacity rises to around 300 guests!
For weddings, we have up to 130 chairs available in two elegant colors, perfect for your ceremony. If you’re open to alternating the chair colors, both our beautiful Outdoor Garden and Garden Level Meeting Room can host even more guests for your special day!

Yes, there are occasions that you want to spend with your furry friends, and we are happy to accommodate!
Remember, all pets must be leashed while on our property. If they’re brought inside, we kindly ask that any clawed paws be booted to prevent scratching our hardwood floors.
Additionally, please clean up any defecation or mess to avoid incurring an additional cleaning fee.

We do not allow any open flames in the garden.
We also ask that you refrain from using glitter, confetti, or similar items that would require extra clean-up by our staff.
Additionally, should you adhere anything to the walls (tape, 3m strips only) you will be responsible for any damage.
