  • All rentals include a 5 hour block of rented time (including set up + strike time).

    Additional hours may be added to the rental for an additional $300/hour up until 11 p.m. (The Outdoor Garden must close at 10 p.m. due to the Midvale City noise ordinance). 

    A $200 cleaning fee will be applied to the venue rental.
